Day 34: Home Style Pan fried Pork Chops

Day 34:
“There is poetry in a pork chop to a hungry man.”

Philip Gibbs (NY Times 1951)

What you will need:
oil, salt, pepper, and flour.

heat the oil up in your pan before placing Chops in the pan.

The making of the breading is flour salt and pepper. That's it!
Stir together and pat flat to prepare chops in
Before breading your chops SEASON them with salt pepper an I also used a lil season salt as well. YUMM
Next cover both sides with flour mix make sure you cover it all

Place Chops into oil be careful of hot oil!
flip once the corners take on a golden brown. Cut into the middle before serving to make SURE it has been cooked through. Enjoy!
